Power generation technology principle

superheated steam (Superheated Steam = Saturated Steam + Heater), generated through a steam turbine.

The waste-to-energy thermal incinerator includes a drying system for the waste when it is first put into the incinerator, so the incinerator can incinerate the waste immediately without prior to dry.
After burning the smoke at high temperature to eliminate all potential environmental hazards. The smoke stream is then dedusted twice and treated with chemicals, ensuring the standards for waste incineration accomplish QCVN 61 - 2016.

Solid waste pyrolysis furnace (sealed):

Vertical - static, gravity-driven burning of waste in controlled atmosphere, dry heat.

Solid waste pyrolysis temperature

- Phase 1 (waste destruction): 600-800oC.
- Phase 2 (pyrolysis and smoke incineration): 1,150-1,200oC

Designing, manufacturing and testing

The entire process of designing, manufacturing and testing the waste-to-energy incinerator complies with the latest Vietnamese State technical safety standards for incinerators using welded structures according to TCVN 6413:1998.

Exhaust gas treatment

Clean fuel furnace according to QCVN 19:2009/BTNMT, column B standard.

Final ash and slag waste

Leachate is treated by a completely closed vaporization process
